I read an article today about Dove’s new campaign for beauty: Campaign for Real Beauty and it actually brought tears to my eyes. It’s about time!!
The billboards they have out show the average every day woman. Not supermodels. They are gorgeous and I love this concept. I hope more companies catch on and realize that woman need to know that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. They need to stop torturing themselves trying to look like something that doesn’t even exist. Dove is donating a $1.00 for everyone who signs their pledge book to the uniquely ME program.
