Pumpkin Pie

I love pumpkin pie. And … it’s that time of year. It’s quite depressing really, to know that it’s not a matter of: “I shouldn’t eat that”. Intead it’s: “I CAN’T eat that”.

But today, I read one of the sites in my link list and they posted a recipe that I might be able to try. Yay! Pumpkin Patch Pie.

Man, I can’t wait! Thanksgiving is my favorite meal of the year! And if the Pie has pumpkin in it, then it can’t go wrong..

You can make that pie even better for you, my Mom says, by adding Splenda instead of sugar. (My Dad is diabetic)
