This morning as Melissa was getting ready for school, Cody asked if he could get dressed. I said sure. He went in and put on the outfit you can see in the picture. His turtle shirt, shorts on backwards, and Casey’s boots, backwards. He was ready for his day. As Melissa left for school, Cody said, “C’mon Sissa, lets go to school!” and then had a minor meltdown when we both had to explain that he wasn’t going. He sobbed on my shoulder and said he wanted to go to “baby school”. Where he got that idea, I have no clue. Poor little guy. When I got the camera to take a picture of his outfit, he perked up though. And of course Casey had to get in on the action.

My precious little boys! Poor little Cody. I remember each of them going through the "I wanna go to school too!" phase.. it’s so heartbreaking.
